FOODGUARD was proud to be represented at the policy event organised by the Microbes for Sustainable Foods Cluster on 1 October 2026 in Brussels.
The event provided an excellent opportunity to meet sister projects, present FOODGUARD’s exploitable results to a diverse audience and engage in meaningful discussions on the challenges, opportunities, and policy needs surrounding the adoption of innovative technologies for microbiome applications that can contribute to the minimisation of food loss and waste. 🌍♻️
