A fantastic and productive 18-month FOODGUARD meeting wrapped up in sunny Málaga (19–20 June), hosted by PROLONGO-FACCSA! Huge thanks to Sergio Vega Lozano  for the excellent organization and warm hospitality. Great atmosphere, strong collaboration, and real progress for the food microbiome studies to minimize food waste!
